Rescue the Miner's Brother

(Millfields)

After defeating the Crawler and after draining Bower Lake to become a mine area, head there and follow the trail to the miner's cottage that will give you the quest. Enter the sub-area called Millfields Mine then fight your way through waves of hobbes until you find the brother. Just take him by hand and lead him freely to the surface.
