Reaver's Unmentionables

(Bowerstone Market)

Fast travel to the quest giver to accept the quest. You can find Reaver's underpants in his manor in Millfields. Head there and explore the area.

Reaver's Manor
After entering the manor, enter the room to the left (the one with the statue) and pick up the rare book Dangerous Things: Lightning. Continue follow the path as it leads you to his bedroom. Check out the cabinets there to grab random goodies. Examine the bookshelf in one corner to reveal a hidden passage.



Follow the passage and it will lead you to Reaver's secret room. There's a chest inside and a Silver Key as well. Check out the drawers and closets to obtain more goodies. Pick up the creep's underpants on the drawer beside the bed. Deliver it to his fangirl to complete the quest.

 The fact there is a cage and a dweller man's trousers in a chest creeps me out so bad.

 also it should be noted that sometimes this quest will glitch and the quest trail may dead end into the wall.
