Gnomes are Great

(Brightwall Village)

Use the map to accept this quest and fast travel to Brian's location. He should be in the gnome shrine of some sort down the stairs to the side of the library. Fast travel to Mistpeak Valley and follow the trail as it leads to the package. You'll find bandits looting the coach. Dispose of them then grab the gargoyle statue. Deliver it back to Brian to complete the quest.
