Factory Volunteers
(Bowerstone Industrial)
All you need to do is find any volunteer then drag them to the factory owner. This might be a good way to clean the streets off beggars but do take note that you can earn higher amount of gold by dragging someone with higher social status.

This quest is repeatable.
Note: this quest isn't available until later in the story line and it takes a little while to show back up once you've brought a 'volunteer' to the factory owner. That said, what I have found works really well(no dragging involved!) is to find the quest on the map(Bowerstone Industrial) and select as target. Then, bring someone with you to the quest location by holding hands. Accept the quest while still holding hands with the person you brought along. Once you accept the quest, your character will immediately hand over the person that was with you.
