Gift Wood for Driftwood

Available after finishing 'Pest Control'. This is not immediately available as soon as you finish the aforementioned quest so spend some time doing other stuff until this becomes available. Accept the letter, then head to Silverpines. If this is your first time to get there, just fast travel to Millfields (via Reaver's Manor) then take the path left past the gate.
Silver Key
Keep following the trail until you reach the lone house where the carpenter resides. Deliver the letter to him to complete the quest.

I did the first two driftwood quests but the one for giftwood for drift wood isn't avaible and I figured out why because the guy to start it is dead and I didn't kill him how do I fix this???
umm..i completed the mission for the carpentor but he still in his house in silverpines and there is no mission to do. how do i get him out of his house
