The Debt

(Bowerstone Market)

Accept the quest then fast travel to Bowerstone Industrial. Find the target inside the tavern. Shoot or maul him in broad daylight then return to Cedric to complete the quest and obtain your reward.

 Make sure you unweild your weapon and then hit down on the d-pad to take off safety mode

 I have finished the game and am now trying to go through all the quests. There doesnt seem to be anymore people in the towns except for a few quest people and the guards. I cant buy from markets either. The main thing is I am trying to finish the the quest "The Debt". I have talked to Cedrik and when I go to the guy in the tavern I cant seem to get past that part. He is there but there is no interaction and I cannot kill/maim/talk or do anything with him. Bug, glitch? I guess for now I will just pass up the quest. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
