Zoom in Millfields then fast travel to the quest giver's location. You'll get the factory key. There's a Silver Key from the path ahead and the area's demon door so take note of their locations for the meantime. Next, fast travel to Bowerstone Industrial and follow the trail as it leads you to the previously locked gate.

Kill the guards and before going upstairs, grab the treasure nearby. You'll also hear a gnome nearby so check the video below to know its location. Head upstairs then pull the lever to open the factory door. Jump down and defeat the enemies below. The gnome should be under the ledge where you jumped down; inside an open cage.

Check the opened door beside the central lever to find a treasure chest. Next, pull the lever to open the gate and the cages. Zoom in to Millfields using your map then fast travel to Katie. Approach her to complete the quest.
