This is the final lesson and puts into play all of the lessons you learned for the plane -- it may seem like it is difficult but if you follow the tips below you will have no trouble getting gold in one go...
To get gold you need to complete the entire course in less than 2 minutes and 50 seconds. For silver you need to do it in less than 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Bronze is obtained in less than 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
The course is a mixture of regular markers, Knife Markers, and Inverted Markers. The Knife Markers are Green -- the Inverted Markers are Blue, and the Regular Markers are Yellow.
(1) To get gold on this you will need to keep the throttle engaged the ENTIRE time. If you release the throttle and slow down, chances are you will not get gold.
(2) For the Knife Markers your best tactic is to always turn the plane on the same side, so that you use the same controls each time. For example banking left means you use the Right Bumper -- that way you know in advance what the controls you will use are and that builds confidence.
(3) Delaying your maneuver until you are close to the markers means you spend less time in the maneuver mode -- so if you have trouble maintaining that sort of control, you should use this to your advantage.
Going for Gold
This lesson -- and test -- is really not that complicated though it can be a bit challenging... Just give it your best shot but remember to keep the throttle engaged the entire time and you should find that unlocking a gold medal for this is not that difficult.
