On the face of it this seems like an Achievement that will be among the last that most players will unlock, specifically due to the need to have earned the money in order to spend it, but it turns out that it is not as difficult as it sounds.

First of all, everything you spend on in the game -- cars, boats, planes, guns, pretty much everything -- counts. Including Stocks you buy on the Stock Markets. That last bit is important, because the game does not deduct the amount you spent on stock if you immediately turn around and sell it to get your money back.

That being the case the fastest way you can unlock this one is to simply wait until you have around $10 million in your account, you can just buy $10 million in a stock and immediately sell it to get your money back. Rinse and repeat until you have spent more than the $200 million required and this one is yours!
