A lady in vermillion city gives you squirtle. She looks like a police officer.

The lady in the house beside the cerlurian(sorry about spelling)city pokemon center gives you bulbasaur if your pokemon are tough.

A boy north Cerluian city gives you charmander because he sucks as a trainer.

You get charmander at cerulean city you go up the nugget bridge until you reach the top, there is a person on the left and say yes to him and beside him there is a pokeball you can take it.

You get bulbasaur at pewter city go into every house and talk to the every person there when you talk to one girl she will ask you can you take care of my bulbasaur?

Say yes and she will give it to you.You get squirtlein vermilion city you go and ask her say yes to all the questions she ask.

(somethimes you must defeat the gym leader in that town) the rest I do not know I am happy to help you!

Bulbasaur - a lady in a house near Cerulean gives it to you if Pikachu is happy.
Squirtle - a woman in Celadon City who looks like a police officer gives it to you.
Charmander - from a boy who thinks he's a rubbish trainer on Victory Road.
