Can anyone tell me how to catch a scyther in an easier way than the safari zone?

I hate to have to tell you this, but...unfortunately, there is no way for you to get a Scyther apart from you catching one in the Safari Zone. I know, it sucks, but it is the only way to catch one because that is the only area that you will find one in. Unless you can find another person that still plays the Pokemon yellow game, and have them trade it to you, then you are out of luck. So sorry, but there is no way to get a Scyther apart from the painstaking process of catching one in the Safari zone. Hope this helps.

There is a way in red and blue, but I'm not sure if it works in yellow. What you do is go into the safari zone and face one Pokemon, then leave staight after. Then fly to cinnabar island and surf up and down, and you should find safari zone pokemon. When you fight them here, you can catch them with whichever ball you want

sorry to say but the cinnibar glitch was patched in yellow its ethier the game corner or the safari zone
