Fish in the first bit of water you see in the safari zone with a super rod

You can find Dratini in the safari zone by using a rod in the pools of water.

You get it at the Safarie Zone you use the super rod and fish for it.

Yeah,but you can fish pretty much anywhere in the safari zone. You can catch a lvl 15 gyrados in the pool behind the house of the guy who gives you a good rod, but only if you use a super rod. Also, if you fish enough in the safari zone, you can catch a lvl 15 dragonair, the next level up from dratini, and you must hit it with 1 rock and then pokeball galore.
