The electric type Pokemon is one of the two groups of Pokemon, that only have one weakness. The other group is normal-type Pokemon.
The answer to your question is ground-type moves.

Ground type Pokemon are an electric types weakness and if electric type moves are used on a ground type there won't be any damage dealt to it.

Hello,actually although everybody is saying that electric types only weakness is ground type Pokemon,I'm pretty sure that while it's true that electric type atacks have no effect on ground types,and ground types are super-effective against electric types, I'm pretty sure that grass type Pokemon are also super-effective on electric type Pokemon, so bottem line I'm 99.99 percent sure that both ground type AND grass type Pokemon are super-effective against electric type pokemon. Drake my Electivire will bring out shocks he is weak to ground but he can use ice punch to take down clay and Bertha thats why I love electric types they have one weakness , electric girl out
