You don't need a gameshark to get it all you need to do is get an abra that knows teleport and go to cerulean city and go to the trainer by unknown dungeon and right when you get to him you press start and use teleport. But make sure you teleport to the cerulean Pokemon center. Then you go and battle a guy that says something like, my dad took me to a party on a boat! You have to beat him. After you beat him teleport again and go to the bridge. The game should automatically go to the menu and you need to exit out then Mew should appear. Make sure you have at least 2 gym badges.
