Where do you find/get bulbasaur charmander and squirtle and also how do you defeat brock?

Bulbasaur can be found in Cerulean city.
Charmander is just North of Cerulean City.
Squirtle is in Vermillions city.
It's probably best to get a Nidoran and train it up as it will learn Double-Kick and that's super effective against rock.

Bulbasaur-you got to make your Pickchu like you and go into a hose in the town where the 2ed gym leader lives and talk to a girl in the house and she will give you bulbasaur.

Charmander-he can be found near the road where the 2ed gym leader lives,just go stright up the road where you battle trainers on the road where you can get a nugget,just go stright up and you will find this trainer who will give you charmander.

Squirtle-You need to beat the 3rd gym leader and then talk to the cop that is in the town where the 3rd gym leader lives and she will give you squirtle.

To beat brock you need to use a water type Pokemon or a fighting type and you will be able to beat brock.

Well I'm going to answer your last question first if you don't mind. The best way to beat Brock is in this manner, catch a Mankey on the route right next to Viridian city, train it up to Lv. 13 as it will learn Low Kick at Lv.11 and it is a Fighting move, take that to face Brock and you should be fine, seeing as Rock Types are weak to Fighting Types.
How to get Bulbasaur: Make your Pikachu like you alot, go into the house right next to the Pokemon Center in Cerulian, talk to the girl with the Bulbasaur next to her, and she will give you the Bulbasaur.
How to get Charmander: Talk to the boy to the upper-left area of route 26 after the Nugget bridge and tell him you will take good care of Charmander, he will give you the Charmander.
How to get Squirtle: Defeat the Vermillion City Gym Leader, talk to the Officer standing just outside, and she will give you the Squirtle.

Talk to people in the towns. Someone will ask you to take care of them.

Bulbasaur can be found in Ceruleon City, in the house west of the Pokemon center. Pikachu must love you or else you won't get Bulbasaur.
Chamender can be found North of Ceruleon City (route 24/25)
Squirtle can be found in Vermilion City after you have beaten Lt. Surge, you can get him from agent Jenny.

I used a Butterfee to beat Brock, Level Caterpie up until it is a Butterfee so it can learn Confusion. I thought it was lvl. 10 or 11 when he learns that move.

Okay, here is a pro tip. Get a catapie and a mankey, train them both up to level 12, letting the catapie/metapod evolve at level 7 and 10 respectively. Then when you make it through Mt. Moon, go to the store, buy 1 potion, go to the Pokemon centre, heal your team. Then spam the potion on the Pikachu, a little glitch to make pikachu love you a lot, fast. Then you talk to the girl in the house with the 3 Pokemon, and she will give you bulbasaur. Then defeat nugget bridge, talk to the boy in the top left and he will give you charmander. Now follow the path left, rescue bill and get the S.S ticket. Now go south back to the city, and the house in the top left will now be available for you to go through. Go through it and battle the rocket member, then head south and in the grass above the Pokemon trainer, catch an abra. Use butterfree's "Sleep powder" and it will be easier. Then head back up, head up the nugget bridge, then turn left, and head directly until you are against the wall, then walk down until a man appears at the bottom of the screen, walk up 1 space, right 1 space and save. Then step down once and hit start straight away, now use abra's teleport and then go into the gym, face the male swimmer on the right hand side and lose. Now head to nugget bridge and as you step into the green map, the game will pause, unpause the game and you will fight a legit mew. Now catch that by putting it to sleep and using a low level Pokemon to weaken it. Now face misty, beat her, then head through the top right house and back down. Head through to the underground passage in the house on the bottom right, then go down into the next town. Go to the S.S anne and battle your way through everyroom, getting every item and every exp and every yenn, don't forget to check the bins in the rooms and dining room, you get some items and a free great ball. Now head to the captain, battle your rival and then rub the captains back and get HM Cut, teach it to any Pokemon (try not to teach it to your super cool Mew) and then leave the ship, go to the diglet tunnel on the right hand side, catch diglets (3) at levels 18-22, or catch the level 29-31 dugtrio, then face the third gym leader, then talk to the police officer and get squirtle.

First, to get bulbasaur, make sure pikachu's health is full, then, buy a potion and use it on pikachu about 15-30 (I think) times, each time it will say it had no effect, but technichly it DOES have an effect, then, when pikachu has hearts all over it when you talk to it, go to one of the houses in ceruleon city (sorry, can't remeber it well enough, but I think it was on the top left corner) and talk to the lady with a bulbasaur next to her, and make sure you have room in your party (I think) and voila! You now have a bulbasaur!
For charmander, go to the bridge north of cerulean city, and keep going forward, when you find a platform on the top left corner, talk to the kid and he will give you his charmander!
For squirtle, defeat Lt. Surge and go to the center of the town and there will be an officer jenny there, talk to her and she will give you squirtle! For brock, well, just remember the two t's I say! The two t's are as following: TRY AND TRAINING!

You can catch in them all in the wild before you get to Mt. Moon.

Squirtle: after fighting your rival near rout22, go to the grassy area my the water and run up and down the edge.
Charmander: before you get into the Viridian Forest, the grassy area where you can see the item on the other side of the wall.
Bulbasaur: the grassy area with the sign before you go into Mt. Moon.
