Charizard- Replace Fire Blast with Flamethrower, and replace Fire Spin with Thunderpunch.

Venusaur- Yes, you obviously know that having a level 100 with Tackle is not a good thing. So, in that case, you should ditch it, and if you really can't find a better move to teach it, just give it Hyper Beam.

Blastoise- Fine.

Alakazam- Fine.

Zapdos- It's okay... But not that great.

Hmm. Well. With Charizard, I would normally say delete Fire Spin for Flamethrower, but seeing as how Flamethrower isn't a TM in Yellow. Teach it Earthquake over Fire Spin, and teach Body Slam (or Fly if you want to) over Swift. Now with Venusaur, it's pretty much fine except for that Tackle. Consider teaching it Mega Drain, unless you've used that TM. Otherwise teach it Toxic. Blastoise is fine. Alakazam is fine except for Metronome. It's good, but only if you get a good attack out of it. Anyway, on to Zapdos. It's fine, but Razor wind isn't a good two-turn move. I would consider teaching it Sky Attack. Once Gengar gets to lv.100, I don't see any problems with it, except for Hyper Beam. I know it's really powerful, but still, the one turn wait afterward could get your Pokémon badly damaged before it can attack again. I would advise giving it Psychic instead.

I suggest learning attacks for each of your Pok'emon that have a type advantage over those that have a type advantage over them, i.e. Blastoise with Blizzard against Venusaur(though I already see you have Blastoise with Ice Beam). What I'm trying to say is, don't have too many attacks that are the same type on one Pok'emon. Also, get rid of normal, weak attacks with the strategy above. 5/10. I don't like it.
And I can't beleive you got rid of Charizard's Slash.

Charizard: totally wrong. Good Moveset: Slash, Fly, Flamethrower, Choose 3/10

Venusaur: Not so many Grass moves! Change vine whip and tackle for stronger moves. 5/10

Blastoise: Perfect! Dont change at all! 10/10

Alakazam: Hmm, Change metronome for something better. 7/10

Zapdos: ok... 8/10

Gengar: Train it. You don't need hypnoses, Dream Eater or Night shade. Keep hyper beam. Put Shadowball, and you choose
