Is there such thing as a "Glitch City" and if so where is it??

There is a glitch city but to get there you need surf and fly but to find out the method go on the cheats section of supercheats

YES I KEEP ON SUBMITTING THIS PLEASE STOP!!!! THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!!

1. Make sure you have Pokemon that know surf, and fly (teleport can substitute for fly)
2. Enter the Safari Zone. Immediately exit.
3. The man will ask you if you're leaving early. Say No.
4. Save immediately after you get in the safari zone. Turn the GameBoy off.
5. Turn it back on and choose continue. 6. Exit the Safari Zone. 7. The man will ask you if you would like to join the hunt. Say no and exit.
8. Fly (or teleport) to Cinnabar Island. Surf along the east edge. After 500 steps,
9. Ding Dong! You're Safari game is over! Please return any Safari balls you have left.
10. When you exit you will be in Glitch City. You can move left. Pause the game to see the actual map. There are two ways out: Make your Pokemon faint or fly (or teleport).
