I have a question, where do I get Charmander (what route, city, etc.)

Charmander is just North (up) from Cerulean City and you get him from a guy there who says you can have him and he gives it to you.

To get charmander, you go to Cerulean City and go north over the nugget bridge. When you get over it (you will have to fight 5 or 6 trainers), go north a bit further and look around. You will see a boy talk to him and he will give you charmander if your Pikachu is happy enough.

You can find Charmander at the route above curealean after the bridge. There is a guy excactly north of the bridge that will give him to you.

You can get charmander at Cerulean city. First go to cerulean city then go up nugget bridge. Then you will see a guy that is a little bit diagonal from nugget bridge then talk to him and he will give you charmander. (he stands alone on a square piece of land) hope I helped.
