How do you get Bulbasor I beat the game but I forgot to get it now I can't what do I do.......

It's been a while since I've played this game, but I believe you have to make Pikachu really happy and then talk to somebody in Vermilion.

To get Bulbasor you have to get your Pikachu to really like you or prabably get him to level 50-54 and go to Cerulean city and look for people who have a Bulbasor and they will tell you how Pikachu is so attatched to you.

Okay, from observing everyone else's answers here, I cannot be sure where you have to go, but you need to make Pikachu very happy, then talk with somebody in some city, presumably Celadon City. (I wish I had a guide for this game...)

You cannot get Bulbasaur from the start of the game. You can only do that in Pokemon Red and and Blue, but not here.

Get your Pikachu to above level 25 and talk to a person in Cerulean City. She is in one of the houses on the left. You might have to beat misty and see bill or something like that.

Hust talk to pikachu if he jumps up or throus hearts in the air go to the house next to the Pokemon center and talk to the lady in the back

Make sure yuo have one emty space it can't go to the pc

If you go to Cerulean city there is a house there by the Pokemon center. Go in the house and there will be a lady with a Pokemon beside her. Talk to her and she will give you bulbasuar.

To get bulbasaur you need to beat gary in cerulean city then go in the house next to the poke center and talk to the lady and she will give it to you
