Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition Questions

I need help. I beat all the gyms but the Elite Four. The team I carry is:

<BR>Nidoqueen lvl:68 : bite, tackle, scratch, double kick
<BR>Pikachu lvl:38 : thundershock, slam, thunderbolt, flash
<BR>Nidoran lvl:36 : double kick, poison sting, tail whip, bite
<BR>Snorlax lvl:34 : headbutt, metronome, rest, earthquake
<BR>Snorlax lvl:30 : headbutt, ice beam, rest, psychic
<BR>
<BR>And I would have other lvl:30 Poke'mon like Onamite, Hitmonchan, Areadactly, etc.

<BR>PS. If you want to make fun of my team go ahead. I have only had my game for about 3 weeks. I am at victory road and will go in next time I play.

Well, lets see.....

Nidoqueen;
It's level is fine. The moves, aren't so good. Get rid of Tackle, Scratch, and Double kick. Replace them with stronger moves.(I would love to tell you the best moves for it but, sadly enough, I don't have a Nidoqueen)

Pikachu;
It's level isn't very good, raise it to 50 or higher. Now, I haven't played this game in a while but, in other games you can replace HMs, like Flash, if you can, replace it, if you can't, you'll have to deal with that.

Nidoran;
It's level isn't good either, train it to about 50 or higher. Get rid of Tail Whip, that move is awful. Replace that with anything stronger.(If that is female, replace it with your Hitmonchan and raise that to about level 50. If it's male, evolve it)

Snorlax;
Another bad level, (again) train it to about level 50. Everything is good except Rest. Now, in my opinion, Rest is just a waste of time and, your enemy can get in alot of damage while it is asleep. But, you don't have to listen to me, if you want Rest that is fine but, I wouldn't suggest having it. Replace it with Ice Punch.

Snorlax;
Well, bad level but, you shouldn't have two of one Pokemon on your team, I will still tell you what to do about this Snorlax but, I will advise you to switch it with another Pokemon. It's moves are good except Rest. Replace it with Fire Punch or Thunder Punch. Then I suggest you replace it with Aerodactyle. Train Aerodactyle to about level 50.

Well, your team isn't very good except your Nidoqueen. I STRONGLY advise you to try to get all your Pokemon to the same level.

Whoa, hell, level up your Pokemon! Nidoqueen is fine in level, but boost everyone else up!

Also, Nidoqueen's moves are bad. Teach it Psychic or Earthquake or ThunderBolt or Flamethrower, or in the worst case scenario, give it an Ice Punch and Fire Punch.

A Nidoran at level 36? Are you kidding me? Get a rid of it! Unless you can level it up to level 80 or so, discard it!

I would suggest boosting up your Snorlaxes the most really...

Okay, your Nidoqueen's level is okay, but the attacks stink.

Get some TMs.

Just train your Pikachu a little more.Replace Slam.
Your Nidoran needs to evolve.

Replace tail whip and poison sting.

Train it.
Two Snorlaxes is going to cost you a lot.

For lvl.34,get rid of rest.On the next one,as I said get rid of rest.

On the scale of 1-10,I'd say 3.

For your pokemons' sake, train.

I suggest you get Zapdos. you can find him in the power plant. If you take this suggestion Train Zapdos to level 65 or 60 or in between 60 and 65. otherwise go all out in training your Pikachu. If you end up having trouble with Lance's Dratini's evolution stages (the frist thing it evolves into, not dragonite) Train pikachu more and all other pokemon to level 50 and above.
