I'm wondering how you get Bulbasaur of that girl in Mistys town? I've beaten 3 gyms and my Pokemon are tough, why isnt she giving it to me?

All you have to do is make PIKACHU happy by using a POTION on him after healing him at a POKEMON CENTER, when you use the POTION on him the screen will say 'it won't have any effect', but just keep puttting the POTION on him (about 10-12 times), then stop and check how happy he is.

If he is happy (has hearts above his head), go to the girl and she'll give you BULBASAUR! I hope this helps!

Make Pikachu happy. The best way is to get a potion and keep trying to give it to him. He will never take it but it will become happy quite quickly.
