Can someone please tell me how to catch a dratini from the safari zone because everytime I throw a safari ball it misses please help me.

If I remember correctly, you only need to use either the good rod or the super rod and keep trying, using bait and not rocks.

If you throw a rock ONLY throw one to agitate it. After that, continuously throw bait and balls. (Usually around 3 or so bait does the trick generally) That's all that you can really do.
