rare candy cheat???-- and articuno (ledgendry bird)

Everyone knows how to get the rare candy cheat up: but I can't fint the man who I have to talk to so it is possible can someone help me a tell me what to do?

Another thing--- I am write next to articuno and I get him down to low healtha put him to sleep but when I go to throw a pokeball at it - it says "you missed the pokemon" and every thime it misses I am stuck with it please help me?

Well, sorry, you canīt do cheats on yellow version, but for Red, Blue you can do cheats.
