Okay, I have a gameboy colour, and am playing the yellow special Pikachu Edition.
 
 I have 5 badges and I know how to fly. I have the badge that allows you to surf, but I don't know how to surf.
 
 I read about getting the surfing pikachu, but i don't have nintendo 64, or whatever you needed to get surfing pikachu.
 
 How do I learn how to surf? Do I have to have surfing pikachu to surf, or is it a TM or a HM that I have to find? Help! I'm really stuck.

First go to Fuchsia City and then go to the house wich has the to pointey things.

Go into the first house and talk to the man and he will say Do you whant the TM surf say yes and then you have it

First, you don't need a surfing pikachu to surf, second, there is a HM surf and you get it in the safari zone.

I forgot where in the safari zone.

No you don't need a surfing Pikachu. All you need is HM03, which is the surf hm. First go to Fuscia City, then go to the Safari Zone. Follow the paths of the Safari Zone and eventually you'll come to a house with many statues. (might take you many tries to find the house so have lots of money) Go in, talk to the guy, and he'll give you HM03. Then you can teach any pokemon surf.
