As in all Pokemon Games, there are a number of different Recovery Items you will use during your journey. In one way or another, these items help you heal your Pokemon when away from Pokemon Centers, including in battles themselves. These items could be the key to victory in battle and constant success during your adventure.

Recovery Items & Location

Antidote: A spray-type medicine for poisoning. It can be used once to lift the effects of being poisoned from a Pokémon.

Locations: Route 1, Route 2, Route 5, Route 7, Route 8, Route 16, Hau'oli City, Hano Beach, Heahea City, Konikoni City, Malie City, Mount Hokulani, Paniola Town, Royal Avenue, Seafolk Village, Tapu Village, Wela Volcano Park

Awakening: A spray-type medicine used against sleep. It can be used once to rouse a Pokémon from the clutches of sleep.

Locations: Route 1, Route 2, Route 5, Route 8, Route 16, Hau'oli City, Heahea City, Konikoni City, Malie City, Mount Hokulani, Paniola Town, Royal Avenue, Seafolk Village, Tapu Village

Berry Juice: A 100 percent pure juice made of Berries. When consumed, it restores 20 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Festival Plaza, Big Wave Beach

Big Malasada: The Alola Region’s local specialty—fried bread. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Locations: Aether Paradise, Ancient Poni Path, Hau'oli City, Malie City, Royal Avenue

Burn Heal: A spray-type medicine for treating burns. It can be used once to heal a Pokémon suffering from a burn.

Locations: Route 1, Route 2, Route 5, Route 8, Route 12, Route 16, Hau'oli City, Heahea City, Konikoni City, Malie City, Mount Hokulani, Paniola Town, Royal Avenue, Seafolk Village, Tapu Village, Ten Carat Hill, Wela Volcano Park

Casteliacone: Castelia City’s specialty, soft-serve ice cream. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Locations: Festival Plaza, Cafe Gift

Elixir: This medicine can restore 10 PP to each of the moves that have been learned by a Pokémon.

Locations: Route 12, Brooklet Hill, Ten Carat Hill

EnergyPowder: A very bitter medicinal powder. When consumed, it restores up to 60 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Konikoni City

Energy Root: An extremely bitter medicinal root. When consumed, it restores up to 120 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Route 4, Konikoni City

Ether: This medicine can restore 10 PP to a single selected move that has been learned by a Pokémon.

Locations: Route 2, Hau'oli Cemetery, Hau'oli City, Big Wave Beach, Festival Plaza

Fresh Water: Water with a high mineral content. When consumed, it restores up to 30 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Route 8, Route 13, Hau'oli City, Heahea City, Paniola Ranch, Paniola Town, Big Wave Beach, Festival Plaza

Full Heal: A spray-type medicine that is broadly effective. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Full Restore: A medicine that can be used to fully restore the HP of a single Pokémon and heal any status conditions it has.

Lava Cookie: Lavaridge Town’s local specialty. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Lemonade: A very sweet and refreshing drink. When consumed, it restores up to 70 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Route 10, Route 13, Route 17, Heahea City, Royal Avenue, Festival Plaza

Lumiose Galette: A popular treat in Lumiose City. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Locations: Hau'oli City, Festival Plaza, Cafe Gift

Max Elixir: This medicine can fully restore the PP of all of the moves that have been learned by a Pokémon.

Locations: Hau'oli Cemetery, Mount Lanakila, Poni Grove, Festival Plaza

Max Ether: This medicine can fully restore the PP of a single selected move that has been learned by a Pokémon.

Locations: Diglett Tunnel, Festival Plaza

Max Potion: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. It will completely restore the max HP of a single Pokémon.

Old Gateau: The Old Chateau’s hidden specialty. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Parlyze Heal: A spray-type medicine for paralysis. It can be used once to free a Pokémon that has been paralyzed.

Potion: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. It can be used to restore 20 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Revival Herb: A terribly bitter medicinal herb. It revives a fainted Pokémon and fully restores its maximum HP.

Revive: A medicine that can revive fainted Pokémon. It also restores half of a fainted Pokémon’s maximum HP.

Sacred Ash: This rare ash can revive all fainted Pokémon in a party. In doing so, it also fully restores their maximum HP.

Wild Hold Items: Ho-Oh

Shalour Sable: Shalour City’s famous shortbread. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.

Locations: Festival Plaza, Cafe Gift

Soda Pop: A highly carbonated soda drink. When consumed, it restores up to 50 HP to an injured Pokémon.

Locations: Hano Beach, Malie City, Paniola Ranch, Royal Avenue, Big Wave Beach, Heahea Beach, Festival Plaza, Route 8, Route 13

Super Potion: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. It can be used to restore 60 HP to an injured Pokémon.
