2nd Omega Metroid

Walkthrough: After defeating the first Metroid, return to the tall room. Enter the door you find on the right. As soon as you enter it, Bomb the top right corner. Roll up and then pull on the red glowing orb. Use your Lightning Armor to run across the breakable floor, reaching the next tall room full of collectibles. Enter the door on the left at the bottom of the room after collecting everything, and then drop to the bottom to find a Teleportation Statue. There will be a door on the left that has a creature on it. Destroy it and head inside, using your Screw Attack to defeat any foes standing before you. The door at the very end of this path contains the 2nd Omega Metroid of Area 7.

Missile Expansion #1: Go to the top of the tall room on the right of Area 7. Hang on the ledge on the right, and then pull yourself to the blue block. Roll around to reach the Expansion.

Missile Expansion #2: In the room just before the Omega Metroid is a Missile Expansion. To reach it, go over to the left side of the room and Spider Ball onto the right side of the wall that sticks out. Use a Power Bomb to blast yourself straight to the Expansion.

Aeion Tank: Run through the poisonous flora just off the tall room in Area 7 using your Lightning Armor. Reach the wall at the end and then use your Spider Ball to the left side. Blast yourself using your Power Bomb all the way to the right, allowing you to reach the far left wall. This should take you over the red crystals and straight to the Aeion Tank.

Energy Tank: From the tall room on the right of Area 7, open the door on the left that requires a charged shot to open. Jump in and then immediately out of the water, and then defeat the enemies that stand before you with your Power Bomb. Bomb the floor to reveal a path going downward just before the second pool of water. Keep heading left from there, and eventually you'll make it to a weak spot on the floor that will bring you to a Save Station. Get back up by using your Screw Attack, and the Bomb the left wall while using your Phase Drift to find the Energy Tank.
