After saving Otha, talk to her again to receive this quest.  You need to collect all medicine boxes scattered in the ravine below. Just make this quest active then carefully collect the boxes. In case you made mistakes, just reload your last checkpoint to start again on the bridge. Be careful when crossing the other side since there's a butcher waiting there. Continue following the path until you reach the last box on the bottom.

Second Aid Quest

If you follow the path, you'll come across a small camp made by a very strong psychopath named Jason. Don't join the fray; just lob some explosives on him while he's busy with the undead and take him off from a distance. Once he's killed, check out his shack for an ID and a chainsaw.

Make your way to the camp and talk to Paul to complete the quest.
