Blood Compound

Bring five suicider meats to Monroe.

Medium
1000 XP

If you have some at hand, just hand them over to complete the quest. Otherwise, you can try checking various merchants if they have them on sale or do it the hard way and collect them from killed suiciders. This is a repeatable quest.

 What if the laboratory has been raided and the doctor is gone?

 That doesn't explain where to get the actual meat? i.e. locations, also on ps3 v1.3 is 2000xp, cheers
