Bring the family souvenir.

There are two locations where the picture of Jack's daughter is located and both are guarded with punks. Be careful when dealing with them since they're fast, they wield weapons and most of the time, you can't interrupt them with your kicks.


Just clear any one of the two locations and search for the souvenir. Deliver it to Jack to complete the quest.
