Painful Insanity

Get some Thorazine from the infirmary. Get back to Harland.

Exotic Double Blade

You can find the medicine in the same infirmary where you found the ID Card 088 earlier. Just follow the trail and it will lead you there. Pick the thorazine up and deliver it to Harland.
