Lazarus Rising

Find 4 parts from nearby cars

Hank

You just need to find four non-working cars nearby and approach them to gather the parts. The first one is a few steps outside the hideout and more up road. Once you have all four parts, you can make a quick dash back to the hideout and hand them over to Hank to complete the quest. Wait for a bit and you should be able to use the truck as needed.
