As you progress through the Walkthrough you will pick up a majority of the collectibles, but some we miss because of the lack of proper kit at the time.  As we progress we are picking up the Mystery Items: Riddle Map.  These maps show you the general area of the items that you have not obtained.  Once you have completed the game, you are allowed to free-roam through all of the areas, so use the maps to located the items you missed.  Easy Peasey!
