Under 18s & 23s

No matter what team you choose to manage in Career Mode, you will always have a group of Players apart of your team that are under eighteen years of age and that are under the age of twenty-three. (Also accessible off your Manager's Main Page Dashboard.) Even though your manager himself cannot adjust how these players are trained and the Tactics used, your player can hire and fire the coach in charge of these groups of individuals. You can also follow the progression of these players and their development.

Choosing wisely in the coach for these sections of your team are crucial, as these Players could very well be the future of your team and its success. It's all the more important to put a coach that you trust in charge of these young players, as how they develop will rest solely upon these individuals and their given teams. You may even have a Wonderkid within one of these sections, one that can either account for everything or nothing at all depending on how they are groomed along their early careers.
