Another new addition to the Football Manager Series is the advancement where both transfers and contract negotiations are concerned. Unlike previous seasons, Pre-Contract Offer conversations can now take place with Players or agents, further allowing you to map out the future vision of your club. And all of this can be done either in the individual player's profile or the transfer section of your manager's dashboard, allowing you to take action without going to any other screen or page.

But make sure to sell your club's pitch convincingly though, otherwise you could find yourself trapped in what seems like an endless transfer or contract saga.
