These are probably not what you think they are based on their name alone. They are not general utility trailers, they are specially designed and engineered for collecting forage resources - basically that means grass, hay, and straw. They can ALSO be used for gathering and loading Chaff as well, keep that in mind.

The biggest difference between these units is the capacity they can contain and haul - and their price :)

When you reach the point where you really want to have cows and all that comes with that, it is also the point at which you need to seriously start thinking about expanding the number and the variety of your farming kit - and that includes Loading Wagons!

When you operate a dairy farm you MUST include growing and processing feed in the equation in order to make it a paying proposition. The economics of dairy farming are simple really - you must eliminate the largest expense, which is feed, by creating it yourself. So with that in mind be sure to study the tips we give in the Dairy Farm Guide Section of the WTG as it nicely covers those details.
