Campaign for Disarmament

You'll unlock this mission through the story while you're tracking down the militia vehicle that took Barbara. When you find a bomb like this, you have to interact with it on foot then defend the position from tank drones until a virus is successfully uploaded. Once done, use the Batmobile's power winch to pull the bomb and trigger a controlled explosion. The method is the same to all other explosive devices scattered in the city.

Bleake Island

1. The first explosive device that you have to detonate is part of the story and will be counted towards the mission's overall progress. (See video above)
   
2. This one is located near the Falcone Shipping Antenna, southeast of the island. The explosive device is found inside railyard.
   
3. This explosive device becomes available only after Harley Quinn appears in the main story. This is located in the entrance of Chinatown.
   
4. This becomes available only after repelling the assault in GCPD. It's located in the ditch SW of Panessa Studios. You can also access the short sewer tunnel system inside.
   

Miagani Island

1. This one is found under the overpass in the intersection in Kingston.
   
2. This is found along Grand Avenue, to the east, in front of Lacey's Deparment Store and Bank of Gotham.
   
3. This is found under the tower near the Miagani Botanical Gardens.
   
4. This explosive device becomes available only after Harley Quinn appears in the main story. This is located in the intersection south of Mercy Bridge.
   
5. This becomes available only after repelling the assault in GCPD. It's located in the intersection beside the Bank of Gotham branch in Kingston.
   

Founder's Island

The drones you'll encounter in this area will introduce airborne drones that will lob explosives that will detonate in a small area, in addition to the Twin Rattlers and Mamba missile drones. The small drones can be taken out using gatling rounds but you have to move quickly to avoid getting trapped in the middle of the crossfire.

1. This found west of the construction area and east of the airships. The explosive device is located in the middle of an intersection.
   
   
2. This is found outside the courtyard of Queen Industries building.
   
3. This becomes available only after repelling the assault in GCPD. This is located in the entrance of Port Adams. To prevent yourself from getting surrounded, fight outside the gate since most of the drones will be coming in from inside. You'll have to deal with reinforcements from the outside too but they're not as many compared to the units within the port's premises. You can also use the gate to funnel the drones and protect yourself from the homing missiles.
   
   

After detonating all the explosive devices, Batman will confront Deathstroke in Grand Avenue. Head there and disable all the Cobra Tanks patrolling the area. It will be better if you have the Batmobile's upgrade that can lure drones from where you shot your cannon, it will be quite easy to dispatch all of them.

Once the Cobra tanks are down, you have to target Deathstroke's tank. This tank doesn't have any gimmick; you just have to attack it up front. However, if you have fully-charged energy, you can unleash all your special attack lock-ons on this single target and eliminate it quite easily. Once done, deliver Deathstroke to the GCPD special lockup to complete the mission.
