Question for The Sims 3 Pets

How do I have more than 1 house? I have a mother a father and 3 kids the eldest has now grown up to a adult himself has a girlfriend and shes had a baby there isn't enough room in either houses to have son his gf and baby to all live in one house so I was wondering if it's at all possible for them to have thier own house?

The mechanism that is usually used for this is to create another family and then have a member of it romance a member of the household you want to shrink, then have them move in with their new partner. You can also kill off sims...

I do not believe you can have more than one home...however, if they are married you can movbe them out together, if not you can merge the two households in Edit Town. If your active family has too many sims to move her and the baby in, move him in with her and the baby.

To do this click on the house you want to move sims from and click the "merge with..." button, then click on the house you want to move them to. Choose who you want to move and hit ok.
