Press X button and go to sims info then go to lifetime rewards press A and scroll down to "FRETILIY TREATMENT" if you have enough points you can get it and it will increase your chances of having twins even triplets

I got twins when the girl is stomach is really big if you want twin boys eat 2 apples and twin girls eat 2 watermelon I did it and it worked!! Two twin girls yay

Hi. I recently just bought this game on the Xbox 360 and my sim gave birth to twin girls. To get the girls I looked on loads of sites and found this advice best; Get your sim pregnant, eat apples for a boy, get your sim to watch Kidz Zone on the TV as often as you can.. Thats exactually what I did, except I got my sim to eat watermelons so I got two girls 
. Hope that helps you get twins.

Watermelon increases the chance for baby girls or a baby girl and apples increase the chance for boys. This is optional and you don't have to eat either ones. But if you want a certain gender than it helps.

Get the karma power, if you want twin boys then eat apples if you want twin girls then eat watermelon, if you want one girl and one boy than eat equal anounts of apples and watermelon, watch kidz zone on the tv, read baby books, listen to kidz channels on the radio. It works!

Eat 5 water melons for girls or eat 5 apples for boys it and watch kids zone shows EVERY day until your sim is already has there kid. Hope I helped

I just ate 6 watermelons and 5 apples and my sim had 2 girls 1 boy,I named one Miley,one Rhianna, and the boy Jason,hope this helped a BIT. (p.s. I wanted twins so I did the same thing and got triplets again! I had to spend ALOT of money and so I just used cheats and expanded my house for a 6 baby capacity and the mom,Maya,thought it was well decorated,:D)

While your sim is pregnant have them watch kids channels or listen to kids music and bam you got twins or more it always wprk with mine

To get twins first make four people in a family so that you can only have twins. Then of course make your sim pregnant and press start then click the buttons on top and you will enable cheat mode if you want to. If you do, go to karma points on your panel by clicking X and going to personal and seeing lifetime rewards. Then get fertility treatment and exit. Then on your last day of pregnancy (the fourth) buy and eat three watermelons if you want twin girls. Do the same with apples for boy twins. This may or may not work but I hope it does for you.
