How to get to level 10 on any career

Keep completing careers quests to level up your career.

Can you use the bubble bath on sims pet ,Xbox 360

You have to go to Mario's and buy bubble bath. Then go home access your sim's inventory and find it, then you have to choose the place in household option and when placing it place it on the edge of the bathtub.
Your sim can sometimes randomly find bubble bath while digging through other sim's trashcans. And if that doesn't work you can use the cheat Buydebug On and then click the question mark in build mode. That will open the debugged shopping tabs and you can buy bubble bath directly from the Misc category.

Do you need to get the main game as well as this one or dose it function without getting the main game

Sorry but unless there is some kinbd of cloud save associated with this game or you have a way to access the old file, it could well be gone forever.
