The Sims 3 Pets Nintendo DS Cheats and Tips

Keep completing careers quests to level up your career.

You have to go to Mario's and buy bubble bath. Then go home access your sim's inventory and find it, then you have to choose the place in household option and when placing it place it on the edge of the bathtub.
Your sim can sometimes randomly find bubble bath while digging through other sim's trashcans. And if that doesn't work you can use the cheat Buydebug On and then click the question mark in build mode. That will open the debugged shopping tabs and you can buy bubble bath directly from the Misc category.

You maybe have to return the game to the shop. Possibly you could try to clean the disk, but find out how to do this properly first.

You have to buy the Llama from the build/buy menu and place that to enable cheats. Once you have just use that to turn them on but be careful not to save as that will mess things up as you cannot undo the cheats.

Once you activate cheat mode by unlocking the llama that save file is no longer able to unlock challenges or achievements. It was set up like this so you couldn't use the cheats to make the challenges/achievements easier; sorry but if you wanna unlock stuff you need a new save file that is not using cheats

Sorry but unless there is some kinbd of cloud save associated with this game or you have a way to access the old file, it could well be gone forever.
