all you have to do is make a boy sim make hom date her both have to be teens then make him age to young adult then try for baby while shes still a teen

I want to know this too. I have my teen female sim and I want her to get pregnant before she becomes young adult. 😭Guest answered:
You could make your "teen" pregnant by having a young adult or adult get pregnant then with "testingcheatsenabled true" entered into your cheat code box, hold shift and click the pregnant sim. Click edit sim and drag her age to teen and voilà! Teen Mom all over again! Have fun!(:

Do you want the cheat to make sims 3 teens pregnant?
Hi! I know how to make Sims 3 teens pregnant! If you post an answer, I will tell you!
You need to update your game if it isn't updated .
1_ Open cheatbox by holding Ctrl, Shift and C, and type in : testingcheatsenabled true, Then hold Shift and click your teen Sim.
2_Choose the option « edit Sim in Create-A-Sim », then turn your Sim into a young adult or adult. Do the same with the other Sim, make them lie on the bed and cuddle, then pause your game. SAVE YOUR GAME.
3_ Choose the action « Try For A Baby », still on pause, and turn either only your female Sim or both Sims into teenagers again.
4_ Un-pause your game. Your Sims will Woohoo and the girl will get pregnant. Her body will not disappear if you have followed all the steps above very carefully, but you will also need some custom clothes for teenagers (for example, the website Parsimonious Sims 3 has a long strapless dress with a rose on the top for teens)
VERY IMPORTANT : After Step 2, DO NEVER save your game !!! You have to do all of the woohoo and pregnancy in one piece , or else your Sim will bug
In labour ! Only save when I tell you to.
5_During your Sim's pregnancy, take as many pictures as you like. When she goes into labour, go back to the main menu WITHOUT SAVING !!! Then go back to your game. It will start again where you left it, meaning before the Woohoo. DO NOT turn your Sims into teens (or elders) again.
6_ Make your Sims try for a baby. Your Sim will get pregnant as a normal fully grown Sim and have her baby normally. Then when she has delivered it, type testingcheatsenabled true into the cheatbox, Shift-click the mom, turn her back into a teen (or elder), and take a picture of that happy moment ! DON'T FORGET TO SAVE YOUR GAME !!!
Congratulations ! You now have a teen (or elder) mom and pictures of her during her non-saved pregnancy !
