Well, you go to build and buy mode. Press Y and then click sledgehammer and spread that all over your house.then start from scratch. Do your floor walls windows door furniture

Yea but youll have to tear th house down so pick a small lot

Why pick a small lot? Why can't you pick a big lot??

Yes 1st you buy your house then hit select and go 2 the town screen once you done that click on you house there should be something on there about clearing yor land then you go 2 build buy mood you have 2 hit select 2 get there

Ok so I have just pressed the "back" button and selected the map. Then you select your lot and click "replace house" it may ask you to get rid of everything on your lot... Up to you I just put everything in my inventory... But once you have selected replace lot just keep pressing yes and you choose out of 4 types of houses the: empty lot I would probably recommend if you have a creative spark!

Tear your house down with the sledge hammer (you can find that if you press Y). It should disappear completely! Now go to the build button and make a house. It's a little tricky. And beware...there are a few glitches that you will come across.

You use the sledgehammer tool in build and buy mode and you have to most of the time select all of the ground level first then move up to the next level
