Is there a way to reverse pickpocket weapons and armor in this game, if so, I would like to know

I wish, but it would seem that if you try a message pops up telling you that it isn't possible.

You can place 0 pound items on NPCs. I'm thinking of bound items right now. If you wish to place a bound item, you need to summon the spell, repair it (once it's damaged, or have expert repair level) drop it and wait for it to 'turn off' or you could just dispel on self. I hope this helped.

You can only reverse pickpocket items that weigh 0 pounds.
