Best thing you can do is just stand somewhere safe and repeatedly use an alteration spell on yourself, But this is boring and is'nt very quick if your trying to get the spell past 50.

Try buying weak shield spell and just walk around casting it

Use weak spells in that category. Then use better spells as you get up by 10. Then etc, etc.
