How to Configure Xbox 360 Auto-Play

This setting will allow you to configure whether the console starts the game or plays the media disc once the tray is closed.

Note: This setting must be disabled if you want to install game data to the hard drive.


  1. Go to Settings tab, select System and select Console Settings



  2. Select Auto-Play then select Enable or Disable
