You have to kill Fuxis in the 1st and 2nd Stratum of Naraku. They’re pretty weak Demons that you can dispatch without trouble. If you’ve been grinding a bit in Naraku before, then you should have enough feathers to turn this Quest over to K. Like the other demon-drop-gathering quests, you can repeat this quest as many times as you like with a diminished reward.
