You can only choose to complete this quest or A Magical Remedy. These quests will both become available by talking to the old man in Kicciorgi Forest upon completion of another challenge quest "The Deal in the Forest. "
Travel to Ginza Underground District via terminal and exit south through the Hongwanji passage to reach the city map. Head east past the temple and the poisoned swamps then follow the road northwest to find the hospital. Save your game if you want then enter it. You’ll have to fight three LV44 ghouls as soon as you enter.
Decimate them using fire attacks and you’ll have to choose what medicine to bring back; the Lung Medicine will complete this quest while the Euthanasia Serum will complete Magical Medication instead. You can also take both and the quest will merge into a new challenge quest: 2 Magical Medications.
Either way, deliver the required item(s) to complete the Quest.
