Reaper Orcus is a LV25 demon that will appear randomly in the Minami Senju area. This is the desert-like area north of Ueno. You can get there by paying 500 macca to a guy north of the tower. This also happens to be an area where you can fight Asura in the Challenge Quest “Samurai and Hunters United”. It is weak to elec so use that to your advantage.
