Phantom of Madness

After accepting this job, you have to head to the Shinjuku’s East Entrance. To reach it, enter the first alley to the north outside the Shinjuku Hunter Association. You have to accept the Challenge Quest “Corpse Disposal” first for the Gruff Man that’s blocking the path to let you through. However, you should complete that quest first since abandoning that quest will make the Gruff Man return your team back to the Underground.

You’ll find these aggressive red Demons in Shinjuku’s East Entrance Main Street. The first one will spawn in the northwestern side of the area. Defeat the Insane Horde using fire attacks. After the battle, Burroughs will tell you that she locked on the signals of the target demons. Now these demons’ locations will appear in your map.

Take note that these target Demons appear in other sections of the map so you may need to minimize your map to get a full view of the area. You have to be quick as well since it seems that these demons change locations if you don’t find and engage them quickly. Locate them and defeat them all. Make sure to save before defeating the last demon since a powerful enemy reinforcement will appear.

LV28 Fury Chernobog

This enemy uses Mamudo and Blight a lot so it will help bringing Demons that can nullify or repel dark attacks. Blight poses a threat especially if it inflicts poison status to all your demons. Its only weakness is Light-Skills so it’s possible for you to end this battle immediately. This demon doesn’t have any elemental or physical weaknesses.
