I created a new character not too long ago and I am a high elf. Also have the mage sign and my custom class and such. When I first had him I had a bonus of 150 to my magika from my birth-sign and race. I just realized that I no longer have that addition in my active affects and my magika is way lower than it should be. I don't know why, I have no diseases or anything. i'm wondering if its a bug or if there is something I did to lose it. I did just recently complete all of the Daedric shrines on an added note.
