Cure For Vampirism (GOTY Version)

Omg I don't want to be a vampire for life. I have all the items needed and I have saved before giving the witch the items. Which order do I give them in? I mean a order from A-Z what order do I give them in for her to accept the bloodgrass? Please Help me GG.

PS:
I haven't done the mages guild that allows you to kill his first servant. I have NOT completed the main storyline either. Would it help if I did those for her to accept the grass?

And is it possible to remake a pilgrimage to all the shrines and use the crusader armor to get rid of the disease? I haven't tried it but I was thinking about it.
